The Virginia Creeper Trail Club is a private nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to maintain, promote and preserve the Virginia Creeper Trail corridor and to help develop and conduct public education programs regarding the scenic and natural qualities of the Virginia Creeper Trail.

"The VCTC is an IRS certified tax-exempt 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization and all donations are tax deductible."





Evergreen Community Charter School from Asheville, 6th grade. These students, teachers, and parents did volunteer service
on the Creeper Trail as part of their year-end school field trip. The group picked up trash, removed invasive plants,
and cleared brush along the trail. They camped out at Whitetop and spent the next day riding the trail.

Ride with the legend: August 2, ride up the mountain and back with Lawrence Dye.
Meet at the Abingdon trailhead at 8 a.m. Saturday August 2.
Ride part of the trip or all of the trip (66 miles).

and the potential impact on the Virginia Creeper Trail.
